Objective

Trainline is a leading digital platform for booking train tickets across Europe, offering convenient access to schedules, fares, and ticket purchases through its user-friendly app and website, simplifying travel planning for millions of passengers.

Thanks to TikTok Creative Exchange, we worked on a campaign targeting the Danish market! The aim was to recruit young couriers who are looking for a supplementary income in a simple way.

Solution

For Trainline, we:

  • scouted and managed Italian content creators to talk about the app
  • proposed creative ideas and formats to showcase the app features
  • managed the adv campaign with the aim of obtaining as much as app download and conversions as possible

Results

The results of this TTCX were really good!
We obtained an average conversion rate of 4.7% which represents an uplift vs brand objectives by 0.7%.
