Objective

TicketOne is a leading Italian company in the ticketing and live entertainment industry, offering a comprehensive online platform for purchasing tickets for concerts, sports, theater, and cultural events across Italy.

The partnership with COSMIC has started since January 2023 to make fun and entertaining content to reach Gen Z also on TikTok.

Solution

For TicketOne, we have a strategy based on:

  • Production and editing of creative formats, in order to be recognizable and memorable while using TikTok native language, with a constant posting of 10 contents per month, some giving space to emergent creators while others are produced or edited internally, like the Intern videos.
  • Community management and social listening in order to see how users respond to the content.
  • Setting up and optimization adv campaigns with the goal of increasing video views potentially with people interested in TicketOne

 

 

Results

TicketOne has many videos that went viral thanks to its funny TOV, not only of the creators involved in the production, but also thanks to videos edited and produced internally such as the case study of the Intern (in Italian, « lo Stagista »).
