Objective

UBER is a global ride-sharing and transportation company that provides convenient and on-demand mobility services through its app. It has transformed how people commute and has a widespread presence in many countries.

With the service Uber Reserve, you can book rides up to 90 days in advance. You can rely on it to be there when you need it, arriving before your scheduled pick up time. Depending on which ride you book, you can also get extra wait time of up to 15 minutes. Finally, if there is a last minute change of plans, you can cancel up to 60 minutes before with no extra fees.

Uber entered the COSMIC universe to test the endless opportunities of the short vertical videos for its campaign focused on this new service.

Solution

For Uber, we:

• scouted and managed travel creators in line with the brand values
• proposed creative ideas to showcase its new service
• produced content in TikTok style and in line with the platform’s TOV
• successfully executed this project in collaboration with TikTok, thanks to the support of Keisha & Hakim.
