Objective

Bellissima aimed to expand its presence into social commerce by launching and managing its TikTok Shop channel.

The goal of the project was to activate key platform features, engage users through shopping-focused content, and support sales and brand awareness via an integrated TikTok Shop strategy.



Solution

For Bellissima TikTok Shop, we:

  • organized and led training sessions with Bellissima’s Marketing and Product teams, supported by technical onboarding calls with TikTok and the E-commerce team, enabling activation of key features such as Flash Sales and coupons
  • managed the entire content production process in collaboration with an external agency, overseeing all activities from start to finish
  • produced a total of 60 shoppable videos: 40 with creators and 20 produced internally, highlighting products in engaging, trend-driven formats
  • organized 12 live streaming sessions in collaboration with hairstylists  to drive real-time engagement and sales
  • ensured all materials were prepared according to client guidelines, covering live session assets, content production, and strategic consulting to support the brand during the initial phase on TikTok Shop
